Welcome to the official website of the Sidaama Region Labor and Skills Bureau.
Our Bureau is dedicated to empowering the people of Sidaama by developing a skilled, productive, and self-reliant workforce. We focus on advancing employment opportunities, providing high-quality technical and vocational education, and ensuring fair and decent labor practices.
With the region’s growing potential and the aspirations of its citizens, we are working across three core departments:
Job Creation – We strive to reduce unemployment and underemployment by supporting youth entrepreneurship, promoting small and medium enterprises, and facilitating job matching services across the region.
Technical and Vocational Training– We are strengthening TVET institutions to deliver demand-driven, inclusive, and practical training that equips our workforce with the skills needed in today’s labor market.

መድረኩንየመሩት የሲዳማ ክልል ሥራና ክህሎት ቢሮ ኃላፊ ወ/ሮ ሀገረጽዮን አበበ የወጣቶችን ተጠቃሚነት ለማረጋገጥ ከከኦሞ ባንክ ጋር ተቀናጅተው ለመስራት ማነቆ እየሆነ ያሉ ተግዳሮቶችን ለመፍታትና ቀጣይ አቅጣጫ ላይ ትኩረት ያደረገ ውይይት መሆኑን ተናግረዋል ።
ለሲዳማ ክልል ስራና ክህሎት ቢሮ እና ለተጠሪ ተቋማት ለብልፅግና ፓርቲ አባላት "በመደመር መንግስት እይታ፣ የዘርፎች እመርታ!" በሚል መሪ ሀሳብ ለሁለት ተከታታይ ቀናት ስሰጥ የቆየው ስልጠና ተጠናቋል ።
የሲዳማ ክልል ምክር ቤት 6ኛ ዙር ምርጫ 4ኛ የሥራ ዘመን 9ኛ መደበኛ ጉባኤ በ3ኛ ቀን ውሎ በ2017 በጀት አመት የላቀ አፈጻጸም የፈጸሙ ተቋማት የእውቅና ሽልማት አበርክተዋል ።
