Welcome to the official website of the Sidaama Region Labor and Skills Bureau.
Our Bureau is dedicated to empowering the people of Sidaama by developing a skilled, productive, and self-reliant workforce. We focus on advancing employment opportunities, providing high-quality technical and vocational education, and ensuring fair and decent labor practices.
With the region’s growing potential and the aspirations of its citizens, we are working across three core departments:
Job Creation – We strive to reduce unemployment and underemployment by supporting youth entrepreneurship, promoting small and medium enterprises, and facilitating job matching services across the region.
Technical and Vocational Training– We are strengthening TVET institutions to deliver demand-driven, inclusive, and practical training that equips our workforce with the skills needed in today’s labor market.

ደቡባዊ ሲዳማ ዞን ለ ኢንተርፕራይዞች የገበያ ትስስር ለመፍጠር ባዛርና ኤግዚቢሽን መክፈቱን የክልሉ ሥራና ክህሎት ቢሮ ገለፀ ።
የምክር ቤቱ አፌ ጉባኤ ክብሪት ወ/ሮ ፋንታዬ ከበደና ምክትል አፌ ጉባኤ ክቡር አቶ ዘነበ ዘርፉን ጨምሮ የምክር ቤቱ ቋሚ ኮሚቴ አመራሮች በማዕከላዊ ሲዳማ ዞን እና በደቡባዊ ሲዳማ ዞን ተገኝተው የሥራና ክህሎት ቢሮ በኩል የተሰሩ ስራዎችን ተዘዋውሮ እየተመለከቱ ይገኛሉ ።
ከ ክህሎት ልማት ፣ ከስራ እድል ፈጠራና ከኢንዱስትሪ ሠላም ስራዎች አንፃር በክልሉ መልካም ተሞክሮ የሚሆኑ በርካታ ስራዎችን ማየት ችለናል ሲሉ የፌዴራል የሥራና ክህሎት ሚኒስቴር ሚኒሰትር ድኤታ ክቡር አቶ ስለሞን ሶካ ገለፁ።
