It is my privilege to lead an institution dedicated to one of the most critical pillars of development: human capital. Our Bureau is fully committed to bridging the gap between workforce potential and economic opportunity. Through strategic partnerships, modern TVET programs, and responsive labor policies, we aim to equip every citizen of Sidaama with the skills needed for decent work and entrepreneurship.
We believe that a skilled workforce is the foundation of sustainable growth. Together with our stakeholders, we are implementing innovative solutions to reduce unemployment, enhance productivity, and ensure labor rights are protected.
