Trainee Development & Apprenticeship
REQUIREMENTS TO ACCESS
Eligibility & Enrollment Proof
Valid national ID or student registration certificate from recognized TVET institution.
Sponsorship or Employer Nomination
Official nomination letter from employer or training sponsor.
Trainer Professional Development & Certification
REQUIREMENTS TO ACCESS
Active Trainer Credentials
Valid trainer license or proof of employment at accredited training institution.
Training Needs Assessment (TNA)
Completed self-assessment or institutional training gap analysis.
Leadership Development & Executive Coaching
REQUIREMENTS TO ACCESS
Current Leadership Role
Official appointment letter or position verification (manager/director level).
Leadership Competency Framework
Signed personal development plan endorsed by HR or board.
Master Trainer Program (ToT)
REQUIREMENTS TO ACCESS
Minimum 2 Years Training Experience
Proof of prior facilitation roles (evaluations, attendance records).
Endorsement by Training Institution
Recommendation letter from HR or training director.
Career Pathways & Mentorship

Career Development Portfolio
Resume/CV, skills inventory, and career interest statement.
Commitment to Monthly Mentorship
Signed mentorship agreement with attendance pledge.
Leadership Succession & Talent Pool
REQUIREMENTS TO ACCESS
High-Potential Nomination
Formal nomination from executive committee or performance review board.
Psychometric & Leadership Assessment
Completed aptitude and leadership style tests (results within 6 months).
