Our Bureau is dedicated to empowering the people of Sidaama by developing a skilled, productive, and self-reliant workforce. We focus on advancing employment opportunities, providing high-quality technical and vocational education, and ensuring fair and decent labor practices.
With the region’s growing potential and the aspirations of its citizens, we are working across three core departments:
Job Creation – We strive to reduce unemployment and underemployment by supporting youth entrepreneurship, promoting small and medium enterprises, and facilitating job matching services across the region.
Technical and Vocational Training – We are strengthening TVET institutions to deliver demand-driven, inclusive, and practical training that equips our workforce with the skills needed in today’s labor market.

ቢሮው ሰሜናዊ ሲዳማ ዞን ማልጋ ወረዳ በመንግሥት ድጋፍ በተለያዩ ሥራ ዘርፍ የተሰማሩ ወጣቶች የሥራ እንቅስቃሴ ጉብኝት በማድረግ ከወረዳ አመራሮች ጋር የሥራ አፈጻጸም ገምግሟል ።
የሲዳማ ክልል የፖለቲካ አመራሮች በሥራ እድል ፈጠራ ስራ ላይ የሰጠው ትኩረት ለሌሎች ተሞክሮ የሚሆን መሆኑን የሥራና ክህሎት ሚኒስቴር ሚንስትር ድኤታ ክቡር ዶ/ር ተሻለ በሬቻ ገለፁ
