Welcome to the official website of the Sidaama Region Labor and Skills Bureau.
Our Bureau is dedicated to empowering the people of Sidaama by developing a skilled, productive, and self-reliant workforce. We focus on advancing employment opportunities, providing high-quality technical and vocational education, and ensuring fair and decent labor practices.
With the region’s growing potential and the aspirations of its citizens, we are working across three core departments:
Job Creation – We strive to reduce unemployment and underemployment by supporting youth entrepreneurship, promoting small and medium enterprises, and facilitating job matching services across the region.
Technical and Vocational Training– We are strengthening TVET institutions to deliver demand-driven, inclusive, and practical training that equips our workforce with the skills needed in today’s labor market.

የሲዳማ ብሄራዊ ክልላዊ መንግሥት የሥራና ክህሎት ቢሮ ከፍተኛ አመራሮች የተመራ ልዑክ በአዲስ አበባ ሥራና ክህሎት ቢሮ የልምድና ተሞክሮ ልውውጥ ማካሄድ ጀምሯል።
የሲዳማብሄራዊ ክልላዊ መንግስት ርዕሰ መስተዳድር ክቡር አቶ ደስታ ሌዳሞ ከኢፌደሪ ሥራና ክህሎት ሚኒስቴር መስሪያ ቤት ለድጋፍና ክትትል ከመጣው ቡድን ጋር በጽ/ቤታቸው ውይይት አድርገዋል፡፡
የሥራና ክህሎት ሚኒስቴር መስሪያ ቤት በሲዳማ ክልል የ2018 የበጀት አመት የ6 ወራት አፈጻጸም የሱፐርቪዥን የድጋፍና ክትትል ግብረ መልስ ሪፖርት አቅርበዋል።
HELVETAS UP-WOMEN መንግስታዊ ያልሆነ ፕሮጀክት ከሲዳማ ክልል ሥራና ክህሎት ቢሮ ጋር በመቀናጀት የስራ እድል የተፈጠረላቸውን 19 የሴት ኢንተርፕራይዞችን የቢዝነስ ሀሳባቸዉን በማወዳደር አሸናፊ ለሆኑ ለዘጠኝ ኢንተርፕራይዞች 1.8 ሚሊዮን ብር በሽልማት አበረከተላቸው ።
